Please be aware that most costumes will have a suitable hat or head-dress and footwear which it is usually not possible to show when costumes are photographed on a dress stand. Some of these are shown separately under shoes and hats
This list cannot be comprehensive as it is possible to use elements from several costumes to produce a whole new look. If you have something specific in mind, please don’t hesitate to call me.
Many if not most costumes need to be accessorized to give that authentic detailed look. I keep wigs, socks, gloves, tights, ties, scarves, spectacles, caps and aprons, petticoats, some hooped, bags and purses. I have umbrellas, fans, walking sticks, belts and braces and so on.

Thirties clothes, including 'sharp' chalk- or pin-striped double-breasted suits, sporting wear, floaty evening dresses, and women's daywear.
Forties utility clothes, Mrs. Mop overalls, tweeds for women with fur boas, cotton dresses.
Uniforms for men and women see separate section. Land girl's dungarees. Some evening wear.
Fifties circular skirts and evening wear. Fur coats. Also drape coats, leather jackets and drainpipe trousers, fifties policeman.
Sixties mini-skirts and dresses, men's leather jackets worn with polo-neck top. Coloured evening shirts. Seventies hippy clothes, bell-bottom trousers for men and women in bright colours, floaty dresses and 'maxi' skirts for women, also hot pants, waistcoats and tank tops, kipper ties, very narrow-cut tight jackets and shirts for men. Eighties shell suit, power suits for men with cartoon characters wide ties, various women's dresses with big shoulder pads, leggings with oversize tops, punks.
I also have a stock of men's evening wear, in various sizes. The style of evening wear did not basically change for many years. From Victorian times it comprised black tailcoat, evening trousers, white waistcoat, white shirt, white bow tie with appropriate accessories. In the fifties 'black tie' became more popular except for very grand
occasions. This comprised black dinner jacket, evening trousers, white shirt, black bow tie, again with accessories.
I keep women's blouses, men's shirts, waistcoats and knee breeches in various sizes to so we can mix and match.

I have Army Navy and Air Force uniforms, for men and women. Also police, academic gowns, doctors and nurses, and a set of ecclesiastical clothes. Also schoolboy and schoolgirl
